The two-room apartment at Residence Emma is modern and refined, allowing you to enjoy a stay with maximum comfort and complete freedom. 

The entrance is fully automated with a control system from the customer's phone and code, without the need to install apps without keys.

The kitchen has a stainless steel hob with 4 gas burners, a fridge with freezer, and various types of utensils, crockery and pans. 

All beds have sprung orthopaedic mattresses. 

Bed linen per person: 2 sheets for single beds, 1 bed cover, 1 pillowcase, 1 terry bath towel and 1 face towel and 1 bidet towel.  2 tea towels and 1 tablecloth

AMENITIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: 
Electricity, water and gas consumption, bed linen for each room and bathroom towels, air conditioning, use of TV, private car park or car space, as well as Wi-Fi connection.

3-weeks or more rental -40%

Final cleaning service €12.00
Additional bed €10.00 per night / €60.00 per week
